Photos of our food!

Here we are! This pan contains the main ingredients for our meal.

The pan is a tipycal tuscan one and it was used by women to collect vegetables and items.

Cheese and fruit... yummi! When we have a light lunch we love to mix fruits, marmallade and cheese.

Could we forget our delicious crostini neri?

My mother is preparing using a mix of chicken livers and spices.

Belive me they are tasty.

... and now, let's chop the tomatoes.

A Day in Antria - Arezzo - Italy

Day 1 of this diary. 

Today a small group of american students came to my home to taste Italian cooking.
They were very kind and smart. I am happy of my first class and they were happy to have this special dinner with my family.

Soon I will upload some photos of the day. I would love to keep this blog to keep in touch with them and the future students I will meet.

In other words, let's create a small community!
